Best Sunset Point in Udaipur

When it comes to cherishing the scintillating beauty of Udaipur and praising the creation of God, one cannot miss the beauty this city offers while sun is going back down just to come up again.

However there are heaps of stunning spots where you see the sun taking a dip in the magnificent lakes of Udaipur, but DOODH TALAI SUNSET POINT is my personal favourite

Doodh Talai got its name from a story ageing years back when this lake used to fulfil the needs of the cows which were milked for supply to the royal family of Udaipur.

The DOODH TALAI LAKAKE in UDAIPUR is positioned on the banks of the dynamic Lake Pichola and delimited by small hillocks which inhabits Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay park & Manikya Lal Verma Garden more famously known as the Musical Fountain garden or Rock Garden.

As they say, “There is never one sunrise the same or one sunset the same” , similarly the scintillating aerial view of the enchanting CITY OF LAKES UDAIPUR from the top of DOODH TALAI along with mangroves ending up in the lake’s flora and becoming one gives a feeling of oneness and a romantic setting to the viewers.

However, in Udaipur there are several other spots where you can catch the sparkling beauty of the sunset and sunrises like THE MONSOON PALACE , THE KARNI MATA TEMPLE, THE AMBRAI GHAT, THE FATEHSAGAR LAKE etc but still for the one who has ever visited the DOODH TALAI LAKE , it will stay on to be their darling.

One can simply rejoice the sight of seeing the sun take a dip in the sparkling shining waters of the majestic and dynamic lakes of Udaipur, the feel one gets seeing the water kissing the rays of the sun and drowning together silently in the blues, is a perfect setting not only of mixing of two different shades of colours but also when you get to watch it with your beloved in your arms.

The view of sunset from DOODH TALAI LAKE is simple different from others as it gives you a sight to see the perfect blending of natural colours as well as when two opposite forces of blaze and water take on a dip together makes you feel as if the sun’s orange gave its everything following into the water’s blues.

DOODH TALAI can make you forget everything you have ever thought to be beautiful as anything beautiful is nothing as compared to the exquisite feel of the colours and nature blending together with all the eyes praising the amalgamation.
